Clinical Pilates
This is a more modified form of Pilates, carried out on a 1 to 1 level, where the principles of Pilates are still adhered to but the exercises are more tailored to the problem. Initially a brief Clinical assessment is carried out by the Physiotherapist and modified Pilates exercises chosen depending on the outcome of this. The combination of modified exercises and 1 to 1 instruction ensure that you start your treatment at the right level, exercise the injured area in an safe way while still exercising and conditioning the rest of your body and mind, and progress quickly. It is particularly suitable for back problems and rehabilitation following surgery when exercise is indicated. Never before has Rehabilitation been so enjoyable!
